Rules and Guidelines for Daily Recovery Support, CPTSD Foundation

You agree to adhere to all guidelines when participating in the group calls or in the private community for class members. If you have any questions about the guidelines, please use the contact form via the button below. A staff member will reach back out to you via email.

The following rules and guidelines are meant to protect your privacy and to ensure the safety of the group.

These rules and guidelines are linked in the registration form and check out process when joining this program. In addition, they are linked to and or read aloud during the Daily Recovery Support Calls. In the event that these rules and guidelines are not linked to or mentioned during each program call, they still apply to all participants regardless.


  • Names, nicknames or initials can be used during group calls. This is specified by each member in their Zoom registration.
  • Confidentiality is a must for every single participant. Sharing or disclosing any personally identifying information about a group member is not permitted.
  • There will be no visitors during any Daily Recovery Support Calls.
  • There will be no recordings of any Daily Recovery Support Calls, except the recordings provided by The Foundation for Post Traumatic Healing and Complex Trauma Research, dba CPTSD Foundation. These recordings are only available through the member’s area.
  • There will be no discussion of money, membership status, or request for monetary support of any kind.
  • There will be no discussion of politics unless this is the topic of the call or event being held,
  • Discussion of religion or faith is limited to a request for prayer support and only if approved of by anyone acting on behalf of The Foundation for Post Traumatic Healing and Complex Trauma Research, dba CPTSD Foundation.
  • Enabling your video camera, cross-talking, speaking over, being disrespectful or unkind to other group members is strictly prohibited.
  • The Foundation for Post Traumatic Healing and Complex Trauma Research, dba CPTSD Foundation may remove you from any call at any time if any of the guidelines are not adhered to.
  • If you have a concern about a daily call topic, you must use the contact form on the website to share your concern, and Athena Moberg or an appropriate staff member will respond to you directly. No concerns about a daily call topic are to be addressed publicly, on a daily call, in a CPTSD Foundation group, social media, or any other outlet other than the contact form.
  • If you are removed for any reason listed above, no refund (if applicable) will be issued to you, as you are required to follow all group guidelines at all times or you forfeit your right to a potential refund.
  • The schedule for the Daily Recovery Support Calls is subject to change without notice, including the unlikely need to cancel a call.
  • CPTSD Foundation is not crisis care; if you are in crisis, please reach out to an online or local crisis resource or contact your medical or mental health providers. Do not ask for crisis support during a call.
